RETURNS/REFUNDS
Please choose carefully when making your purchase with McMurtrie Illustrations as we unfortunately don’t offer exchanges for change of mind.

If, however your product has been damaged due to shipping or is faulty please send an email to kimberley@mcmurtrieillustrations.com and include your order number, a photo and a description of the damage. We will happily provide you with an exchange (subject to availability).

If your purchase is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, or if you have failed to collect your purchase from your post office, McMurtrie Illustrations is not responsible for the re-postage of your order. The customer will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery to the correct address.

All orders will be issued with tracking numbers and these are provided to customers once shipping is in process. If however you have any concerns regarding delayed shipping time please contact us at kimberley@mcmurtrieillustrations.com and we will look into this on your behalf.
